  • How many photographers are in the working team?
    The team is made up by Jimena, as the main photographer and for my second shooters I have a very capable team behind. If you hire the video package, you have two cameras on the ground and a drone.
  • What equipment do you use for the photos?
    We have two canon cameras that we always take to all events: 5D mark III R6
  • What are the payment options?
    We handle several forms of payment, it can be deposit, transfer or cash. We are very flexible on the payments, 40% in advance is requested and normally two other payments of 30%, but in case of complications, the rest can be divided into more payments so that it is not an economic burden for you.
  • Can your packages be modified or can we build a custom package?
    No problem, all packages can be modified based on your needs and the hours you need us to cover in your day.
  • Can the event be outside of Guadalajara?
    Of course, we can travel anywhere in the world, we would love to be part of your day. A personalized quote with the cost of travel is made and reviewed with you for approval.
  • How and when do you deliver the photos?
    Delivery time varies between 1 month and a month and a half depending on the workload of the entire team. We deliver all the photos obtained already edited digitally to download and we also deliver everything in a personalized USB.
  • How long in advance do I need to book you?
    The sooner the better but preferably a year to 6 months in advance to ensure greater availability on your dates!
  • Do the packages include video?
    Video is not included in our packages, but we do have a video team that we recommend for video. We have been working together for a long time and at many, many events.
  • What happens if I need to reschedule due to COVID-19?
    In case you need to change your event due to the current COVID-19 situation, you need to contact us as soon as possible to schedule your new date. If the new date is available, it can be changed without any problems as we understand that the current situation is uncertain for everyone and we want to be part of your event. In the event that we do not have the date of your new event available, we have several options for you: The contracted service can be transferred to another cinematographic and photographic production team that is available on your new date or in case you do not want the service to be transferred, the payment already made will remain on credit valid for 365 days. (It can be transferred to another person, or used as a credit for photography and video within the validity period) If the 365 days are passed, the credit and the payment previously made will be lost.
